Custom Home Builder in Fort Mill SC Begins New Custom Build in Trinity Ridge

Beck Design Group has just launched another new custom home project in Fort Mill in the beautiful community of Trinity Ridge!  This particular custom home will be a 4-bedroom, 3-1/2 bathroom custom residence inside 3,700 square feet!

Beck Design Group is still working with our client on the interior custom details of this beautiful new home.  As you can see from the photo on this page, the wooded lot affords us many ideas to maintain as much of the tree-life as we build this new custom home.

If you are not yet familiar with Trinity Ridge, the community is nestled in Fort Mill, SC.  It sits right behind another well known community named Huntington Farms and is conveniently located off of Doby Bridge Rd.  This community boasts lavish estate homes with room to roam!

Trinity Ridge Community is located Southeast of downtown Fort Mill and South of Charlotte, NC.  A beautiful stone wall and an imitation guards-house mark the entrance to this beautiful community with lavish estate homes. Each lot is 1+ acre in size and is surrounded by large hardwoods and pines. The streets are paved and lined with streetlamps, and the topo of the land has a very nice gentle roll.
