Fort Mill Custom Home Builder Helps People Build Happy Homes and Lives

Owning and managing Beck Design Group is a gift every day.  We cross paths with so many people in the course of designing and building new homes, remodeling existing homes, working with architects and neighborhood associations, and interacting with many local government agencies and community organizations.  We consider it all a wonderful gift.

It’s hard for us to choose which part of our company we enjoy the most.  We really like the “blank canvas” of working with a homeowner and building a custom home from just a raw piece of land.  And we all really enjoy removing old or outdated building materials and fixtures and remodeling them with new ideas and innovative building materials.  I think the common denominator that connects everything we do is the homeowner…our customer.

When we remove all of the design plans, the heavy equipment, the building materials and the process, what we really do is help people be happy and further enjoy their homes.  That is really the end result of building or remodeling a home.  It’s the people who then live in and enjoy their new home.

Custom Home Builder in Fort Mill SC Begins New Custom Build in Trinity Ridge

Beck Design Group has just launched another new custom home project in Fort Mill in the beautiful community of Trinity Ridge!  This particular custom home will be a 4-bedroom, 3-1/2 bathroom custom residence inside 3,700 square feet!

Beck Design Group is still working with our client on the interior custom details of this beautiful new home.  As you can see from the photo on this page, the wooded lot affords us many ideas to maintain as much of the tree-life as we build this new custom home.

If you are not yet familiar with Trinity Ridge, the community is nestled in Fort Mill, SC.  It sits right behind another well known community named Huntington Farms and is conveniently located off of Doby Bridge Rd.  This community boasts lavish estate homes with room to roam!

Trinity Ridge Community is located Southeast of downtown Fort Mill and South of Charlotte, NC.  A beautiful stone wall and an imitation guards-house mark the entrance to this beautiful community with lavish estate homes. Each lot is 1+ acre in size and is surrounded by large hardwoods and pines. The streets are paved and lined with streetlamps, and the topo of the land has a very nice gentle roll.

Trinity Ridge community has building restrictions in place to maintain the consistency of the community and ensure that only like-in-kind homes are permitted.
