When you arrive at this year’s HomeArama in Baxter Village, you will pass through the main welcome tent. Look for Beck Design Group inside the main tent. We will have our booth set-up and will be featuring a full, custom landscape plan and a poster-sized plot of our Lot #1317 that is ready to build on in Baxter Village.
We will also have spec sheets of our custom home ideas for you to review. Plus we will be available to meet with you at Lot #1317 for a private showing and meeting time with our builder, Adam Ferrara.
This particular lot in Baxter Village can accommodate either a full basement OR a crawl space, depending upon where the house is placed on the lot! This gives you a much wider array of choices on what type and style of house to build on Lot #1317!
